The selection of CRS campers in different parts of the world takes many forms as our alumni strive to choose the best candidates to represent their cultures. Although all of our selectors work with the same criteria and selection manual, each process has its own character. Our selection policy committee is collecting exemplars of the selection process at it occurs around the world to share among our selector groups.
